Circle of Support

Circle of Support is open to people who are expecting, have given birth, or have adopted and who are noting the signs and symptoms of postpartum mood disorders. This exceptional perinatal peer support group currently meets virtually on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.

Benefits of Participation:

  • Open and safe space:
Learn and practice tools for coping, engage in open discussions at your own pace
  • Connect with Others:
Early Parenthood can feel very isolating, a peer support group format allows you to feel seen and share with others facing similar challenges.
  • Learn About Attachment and Nurturing the Parent/Child Relationship:
Explore the messages that influence parenting, ways to support healthy attachment and gain confidence.
  • Recapture Joy:
Develop skills to relax and increase positive thoughts while decreasing negative feelings.
